Introduction
As a 10-year-old Tree Elementary School student, I faced a dilemma when the English class representative refused to copy the video for us. Frustrated, I took action and pushed the English class representative onto the desk and made him copy the video. However, this event led me to ponder what would happen if we put Kun, my dad's friend, inside a European-style cabinet. Additionally, I learned a new term: "father-in-law," as my dad is twice as old as my soon-to-be mother-in-law.
Pressuring the English Class Representative
The English class representative was not cooperating with our class, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. I grabbed him and pushed him onto the desk, demanding that he copy the video for our class. Though this action may be considered forceful, it was done to ensure that our class had a chance to understand the material. In the end, we all learned more in English class because of it.
Kun and the European-Style Cabinet
My dad's friend Kun has been helping with our house renovation, and we have a European-style cabinet from the brand, "Ou Pai." We were curious about what would happen if we put Kun inside the cabinet. To our surprise, the cabinet was spacious enough to fit an adult! However, it is not recommended to put anyone inside the cabinet as it can be dangerous and restrict breathing.
The Term "Father-in-Law"
During a family gathering, my dad and my soon-to-be mother-in-law were chatting away. I overheard their conversation and discovered something new: my dad is twice as old as my soon-to-be mother-in-law, which makes him my "father-in-law!" This realization was shocking for me, but it also made me understand that family can come in all shapes and sizes.
Conclusion
As a 10-year-old, I encountered a challenging situation with the English class representative, which led me to become more assertive and make sure everyone had an equal opportunity to learn. Additionally, I discovered new things about the European-style cabinet and the understanding of the term "father-in-law." These experiences taught me that curiosity and an open mind can lead to unexpected discoveries, and that family can come in all forms.
